• What you enter in the site-visit form (address, town, the kind of job, timing, best time to visit, and notes), along with the page you sent it from and any campaign tags in the link you arrived by. Form entries are kept in a private list that Craig uses to call you back.
• Your property address or general location, so we can schedule an on-site visit.
• Details and photos of your yard or project that you send us.
• Any other information you choose to include in a call, voicemail, text, or email.

Like most websites, our hosting provider, Vercel, may automatically record basic technical information when pages are loaded, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is used for security and to keep the site running.

Website analytics

We keep our own simple visit statistics. When a page loads, or when you tap our phone number, a map link, or send the visit form, your browser sends a short note to our own system with the page address, the website that referred you, any campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), and the general device type (phone, tablet or computer). It does not use cookies and we do not store your IP address. To count unique visitors, the system makes a one-way code from your browser details and network that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you; old codes cannot be linked to new ones.

The fonts on this site are served from this website itself, not from Google Fonts or another font service, so loading a page does not send your information to a font provider.
